friday news roundup.
this week brought on a new morning routine that i do quite enjoy. wake up at 6:30 or 7:00, feed the baby girl a sippie of the formula's, then i turn on the morning news to the today show, and cnn, and switch back and forth until, about 7:30, or until i am too a good point, then i turn it off, and switch on the soothing voices of kuer fm90.1 nprs affilate in salt lake city. there is a satellite to where i live. which makes me VERY happy. however when it storms, i cannot get the signal and it makes me quite unpleasant.
the news of the week that caught my attention the most, the wall street shakeup. cannot get enough of this news.

this week started off slow, and ended with a bang. today i met my brieanne and her cute kids for lunch, we talked and caught up on news. then manda and erin and mr. fox came up for a visit. we had fun catching up, walked to the gas station where powerball tickets and sodas were bought. we all decided it is the best place where i live. for many reasons but their crushed ice is a major factor. bella and fox played like old friends. bella loved him. she was finally the bigger baby, and showed him how to drink out of a sippy, and how to play in the exersaucer, that she is too cool for on most days. it was a fun day, to end my really uneventful week. however i am VERY excited about my screenprinted towels. when they get done, i will post them!

lunch was the highlight of my week! sounds like you had a most enjoyable one and i'm glad we're not the only ones in the ward buying powerball tickets. let's just announce that we're the rebellious. is it weird that i listen to npr in the shower? did you know that channel 6 broadcasts the tv on the radio? it's fun to listen to the talk shows that way. (station is 87.7) anyhow the rest of my day contained horrific craziness, so already lots to share on monday! have fun this weekend! (and yes I know I should be cleaning my house now that it's 1 am but here i am reading your most delightful blog)
