"... our objects, bibelots, whatnots, and knickknacks-say the most about who we are. They are as honest as a diary."-charlotte moss, a passion for details
this week i made something different for dinner every night. what i mean is i made a new recipe we hadn't tried before. i made rosemary rolls, that fell just before i was about to bake them. then i mushed them down and tried to make breadsticks. the key word there was 'tried.' we had breakfast burritos, refreshing lemon spaghetti, and tonight we are going to have biscuits and gravy. the recipes were awesome and now we have some new favorites! thank you pioneer woman for your fantastic recipes. i am glad there are people who are skilled in the art of cooking. and then share their recipes for people who are 'challenged' in the art of cooking.

So through good times and bad, famine and feast, the villagers held fast to their traditions. Until, one winter day, a sly wind blew in from the North... " Thursday, February 11, 2010
