bella had to go to the emergency room for the first time last night. it was sad. and scary. and nerve racking. but she is home and all is well and is doing great. she was so brave. and so good.
and so scared. thank heavens for her daddy that he could make her feel so safe in his arms.
in a lighter note they put us in the front emergency room with glass windows. we could see all the people in action, and all the action. because we were right there. i really think emergency rooms, are one of the most interesting places in the wee hours of the morning. okay i will be honest, i think they are always interesting- no matter what time of day you go. people tell all their secrets. or stories of why they are there etc. you walk through the door into the actual er, and the quiet waiting room leaves, and all the sudden there is the quiet noise of people working. like a busy bee hive, with hustle and bustle. i think bella enjoyed watching all the business that took place. i think her dr. did as well. as he sat in our room with us and just watched the small world of the emergency room.
hopefully that is her last er trip ever. i love you bella boo.

oh i am glad to hear she did not have to stay long... but i do agree with the excitement factor :) can't wait to see you!
oh no! why did she have to go? sickness/broken bone?? i am so curious now, but mostly happy that she is o.k.! She is seriously so cute.. i love her little lips and eyes! you are good at turning seemingly hard moments into something interesting and poingnant! thanks for sharing!
scary. i am so glad to hear she is ok and everything is alright. i hope that is her last visit, too. she is adorable, by the way. :)
You have to tell why! Was it a bean up her nose or something much more exciting? It is scary to take your baby to the ER. Glad she is home and better, but now you have to tell why.
the doctors thought bella had a kidney infection or a appendicitus. or how ever you spell that. but she is doing great now!
i'm glad bella boo is doing great!!! she is so cute with her little sad lip and rolled up pants.
